Where we work
NDIS behaviour support across Australia
PBSG provides NDIS positive behaviour support in 22 locations across all 8 Australian states and territories: 8 capital cities plus major regional centres.
We combine in-person visits with secure remote sessions, so support fits your area and timeframe. As a registered NDIS provider, we work the same way wherever you are: trauma-informed, evidence-informed, and built to be used by the people around a participant every day. Availability varies with current capacity. The quickest way to find out about your area is to ask.
How support works wherever you are
In most areas we combine in-person visits with secure remote sessions. In-person time tends to matter most for getting to know a participant and the people around them, observing in real settings, and building trust; remote sessions can carry the planning, coaching and regular check-ins in between. We talk through which blend suits your area and timeframe rather than assuming one way fits everyone.
The approach stays the same wherever you are: trauma-informed, evidence-informed, and built to be used by the people who are with a participant every day, so support holds up consistently across home, school and community. Because the people doing the supporting carry the plan forward, it doesn't fall apart when our visit ends. Availability varies with current capacity, so the honest next step is to ask about your area and we'll tell you what's realistic right now.

Common questions about where we work
What if my town isn't on the list?
The listed places are where we have the most established presence, but they aren't the limit of where we work. If your town isn't shown, we may still be able to help through secure remote sessions, or by reaching nearby areas in person. The honest answer depends on your situation and our current capacity, so the best step is to ask and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Is remote or telehealth behaviour support as effective as in person?
For many families, secure remote sessions work well, and good evidence supports delivering behaviour support this way. We often blend both: in-person visits where they add the most value, and remote sessions for planning, coaching and check-ins. We'll talk through what suits the participant, the people around them and your area, rather than assuming one mode fits everyone.
How do you decide availability for an area?
Availability depends on our current capacity and the practitioners able to support a given area, so it can change over time. We don't promise more than we can deliver. When you get in touch we'll be straight about what we can offer in your area right now and what a realistic timeframe looks like.
Do you only work in the cities shown?
No. The cities shown are hubs rather than hard boundaries. From those bases we often support surrounding regional and local areas, both in person and through secure remote sessions. If you're outside a listed city, ask us about your specific area and we'll let you know what's possible.
Not sure if we cover your area?
Tell us where you are and what's happening. We'll be honest about what we can offer and what's realistic right now.
We aim to respond within about one business day.
